Woweee @ that thickness! I couldn't see the roots well, but I'd take what you have going on there. Great Job!

That looks beautiful:yep:

Must be nice.....my coils woud look at me tryna set it in rollers and be like:lachen:

Seems you dont really need much to get it straight it came out gorgeous:yep:

BMP I have a secret and it may work on your roots too. Tell you what, I'll try it on my DDs natural 4a hair and if it works with not heat I'll let ya'll know.
Okay, I'm game I'd like to hear it. I'll be real, I don't see how its possible for my texture but I'd love to hear your secret.......

ETA: Okay sounds good!:yep:

Oh yea that seems like it'd be good...that has a chance of working:scratchch

I think if I dried my hair in lke 12-15 tight braids it would be a great low mani no direct heat first step in straightening. That stretches my roots wonderfully:yep:

Yep, she is right, my siggy pic is the result of a rollerset on 12 month post relaxer and no flat ironing of the roots. They really work with the right product. I used mesh rollers for my set.

Yeah this trick works for 4's too, I learned this trick from Macherieamour's rollersetting dvd. I've done it that way ever since. I NEVER do anything to my roots when I rollerset, even when I'm deep in a relaxer stretch. Always looks on point and has nice volume.
