When you go to a new doctor and see how damaged her hair is ( limp, overprocessed and blonde highlights galore........*shrudders*) and you cant even take her seriously due to her hair practices and decide not to go to her anymore.

My Granny watched my entire relaxer process yesterday, which takes me about 4 hours start to finish. Near the end she tells me she understands why my hair is long. I put a lot of care and attention into it. Shes never seen that before.

I gave a white lady in Sephora hair advice that was on point and she actually listened to me. lol.

Friends and family see my hair and immediately want to know what I'm doing. I have everyone taking hair vitamins. I know they wont follow the rest of my advice.
