I'm getting my relaxer touch up tomorrow...I might just try getting it texlaxed this time, I've been really wanting to transition from relaxed to texlax...we'll see how it goes :)

Gonna Henna and DC, then take my time and do a nice braid out... Have to do my daughter's hair too. She's transitioning and her 2 textures are causing me heartburn :(

how long do you keep your henna for? and do you wear a plastic cap when the henna is on your hair?
thanx

I'm in a rush so I did the following:

Shampoo
Aphoghee 2 min (while taking a shower)
DC (only 15 mins)
Rollerset

I'm under the dryer now. :) I'm still going to be late!

Well since I'm supposed to have breakfast with Lucky'sMom tomorrow, my hair does need to be cute.

So tonight I soaked my hair in coconut oil and left it while I was doing other stuff. Then I rinsed it in the shower, and conditioned with Whole Foods Herbal Mint conditioner. Once out I detangled and twisted with coconut oil and conditioner.

I'll be wearing a twistout for the next several days.

Here is my weekend (hair related at least).
-prepoo with Vatika (you have to try this not the hair veda but the Dabur in the bottle)
-Clarify shampoo times 3. I didn't wash out my last Powder rinse and my scalp is itchy
-Henna treatment with green tea and veg glycerin - overnight
-on Saturday - rinse out the henna (this is going to be my first overnight treatment, crossing my fingers
- DC with AO HSR and SAA for the morning
- rinse apply "leave in" con which for me are my cones (I need my cones or this hair is not going to allow a comb in it) Keratin Green tea spray then Grainer Sleek and shine
- Morcaan oil (more cones)
- then I am trying to decided if I am brave enough for a roller set if out, (I already know I'm not as I write this) flat twist out using Giovanni mouse (just picked this up a few days ago - trying to go organic/natural so I hope this works.
- then dry under the dry seal with Shea butter and take down the twist whenever I feel like it. But I know I'm just going to bun after that.

Tonight, I'm going to DC w Alter Ego Garlic condish and rinse out, put in Salerm 21 and NTM Silk Touch creamy leave in, and attempt my first braid out to air dry over night.

I'm in the dc every other day challenge, so Sunday night I'm going to shampoo and dc w the Alter Ego or AO HSR and air dry straight and attempt to make a bun (that's the plan).

Each time, will do ACV rince as final step.

I just did my first full-head henna application (well, 50/50 henna/cassia) last night! So this weekend I'll be doing a simple co-wash and nothing else. Unless I decide I just HAVE to do a honey treatment

I'll be giving my scalp an oil treatment tonight and wash out in the morning. Also, I'll be conditioning it afterwards and then let it air dry.

I did a poo, dc and flat iron. I took some pix, one is in my siggy. I may do an update in the next few days.

ugh im trying to decide on going and get a blowout or should i DC at home tonight so i dont have to worry about it tomorrow and paying the extra 10.00 and spending extra time in the salon .....dang decisions and now its 11 and i havent step foot in the bathroom...

Redoing my kinky twist for the first time ever. So far they don't look bad. I didn't have to worry about parting because I am just redoing what someone else did and I wasn't too happy with. I got the first and the sides done ( took me 5 hours) and in the morning I will do the crown and the back. For my first time I won't complain. There is room for improvement and I will keep on trying.

Your hair came out nice!!!!! So pretty!!!

So, I'm back at the Megatekkin' so I have been putting it on my scalp every day since Wednesday, along with some Bee Mine. Tomorrow, I'll oil up right nice with some Jehan preshampoo oil (shescentit) and let that marinate for a few. Then, I'll do the regular and prepoo with Alter Ego Garlic and CPR for a couple hours, wash, and DC with some Ion Color Defense Hydrating Moisture Treatment covered with Thermasmooth.
I might do another quick John Frieda Luminous Glaze, too!! Espresso.

This morning I shampooed with Elasta QP-Intensive treament Scalp Stimulating Shampoo and Conditioned with Elasta QP Intensive treatment Scalp Stimulating Conditioner--:giggle: My scalp needs some stimulation :yep:

Sprayed hair with Rose water -a dab of mango butter and sealed with Organix Shea Butter smoothing serum....

Last night, I deep conditioned with evoo and Herbal Essences Hello hydration. That is such a great cheapie conditioner. My hair hasn't been this soft in years.
