Oh, and what's the status on the blow dryer? I need to buy one for my grandmother. The one she has blows out a lot of smoke these days.

I did not need to come into this thread. I thought you were going to be talking about some conditioner or something, not heat appliances. I need a new flat iron too :nono: *exits thread*

Why did I click on this thread?

I am not even in the market for a flat iron, and I want this thing.

:weird: Hey if I gota be upset I found that on the PM site, you ladies have to suffer with me! Misery loves company!

But forreal someone buy this and post a review:grin:

Yo soy el broko :ohwell:. I probably wont be able to get it for like 2 months, but im feigning cause I start my internship next week and I wanted to swang my hair thru that door (like I don't already have a sedu and a chi )

Hi Your Cheezines! Is the H2Pro 206LE model another Paul Mitchell flat iron? I looked on the Paul Mitchell website but I didn't see that model.

The 206LE model is supposed to be comparable to the FHI Runway per frizz2silky.com But this PM sounds better and it's cheaper!

I don't have any money either  I do need another flat iron in the arsenal though. Maybe I can plan ahead and see if I can cop it before the end of August when school starts back.

I am so clueless when it comes to flat irons. I know some are better than others, but they all look the same to me. There could be two flat irons that are both Tourmaline/Ceramic, both heat to the same degree, same plate size and everything, but one is better than the other :perplexed. It should be a science, lol.

I think you are right about the PM flat iron. It seems like it has more beneficial features for our hair than the 206LE model. I dunno.....:perplexed I am going back and forth on this decision.:whyme:

I saw the PM iron on hairproducts.com at $99, but it was discontinued!:wallbash: I surely would have grabbed it! I signed the notification email list.

I just left trade secret. They are selling the 1 inch iron (a different PM iron) for 175. She told me she'd give it to me for 100 cash. I was about to get it but I do not like those silicone strips inbetween the plates so I told her I would think about it.
eta it was this one http://www.paulmitchell.com/Products/PaulMichell_ProTools/Pages/ExpressIonStyle1Features.aspx

Um...that's the one I have and the strips are incredible. The strips help to grip the hair and keep it from snagging, removing any need to "chase" with a comb or follow up with a pressing comb. That is the one that I've been preaching on since I bought it about 2.5 months ago. I highly recommend it.

Dang!! $175!! That sounds like a great iron and I'm excited b/c I just can't get that chasing thing down. I'm not that coordinated :nono: Whew, I don't want to spend that much, but I can't fight the tool PJ in me. :wallbash: I'm going to order it and give it a try up against my Sedu. I wish the plates came a little larger though.

True but smaller plates help get the NG and roots. With large plates its so hard for me to get to my NG.
