I didnt evern watch that whole video. Like most black women she is not educated about nautral hair herself why would she go ask a man about it? "Natural hair is not versitile. You have to take more time with natural hair"? These are false truths. Until we stop putting chemicals in our hair making it what it is not we wont know what natural hair can do. She need to sit down somewhere.
cosigns...In my experience, many men that say they don't like natural hair haven't seen enough of it to form an opinion. They have seen it maybe one way but once they see it in a style that they like, their opinion changes. I personally don't put much stock in what men say they do and don't like half of the time because at the end of the day the same ones talkin bout "I don't like this and this" stay running behind chicks that have of that as long as they think she looks good.
I think most men like straight hair. It can be relaxed or even natural, flat ironed hair. I think they also like naturally curly 3c hair. But not the kinky, nappy hair. That's why we have to wear our hair for ourselves, not for men.

Lol, that may be true, but I have had no problem attracting men of all races. The thing is your head is not the first stop on the eye train.
We're talking about hair here though. Not booties or tatas.
That was my point. I don't think most men care about what's on your head if they see something else on you they like, or if they truly like your personality. I think hair, for the most part, is the least of their concern.
Girl please. Men look at your head FIRST. What you're talking about is not the real world. There's a lot of superficial people out there. Even good men can be superficial in some ways. They won't have a chance to know your personality if they find you unattractive. Cause they won't try to go that deep.
I actually think men look at your booty and boobs first. At lot of men have the attitude that hair is something that is easily "fixed" via weave or wigs. Now a donkey arse on the other hand is harder to come by![]()
Yeah, they look at it. But if they think your head is a mess, you'll end up a secret lover, or a bootycall, they won't introduce you to family or friends. LOL
I was talking about a man who's possibly looking for a mate.
I'm talking about that tooRarely are you ( men or women) going to find someone that has every single physical characteristic that you like. There is always something that could change a little to be a 10 in that category according to your standards. We are all more flexible in some categories than others. My point is that when it comes to the hair, there are many ways to style and change it to fit a certain look, regardless relaxed or natural. And thee changes don't take a lot of time. It could just be as simple as some pomade and a headband. Building a better body takes more time. The hair for many men is easy to "fix."

I understand what you're saying. But you're speaking from a woman's point of view. I'm speaking from what I've heard, and hear many men say all the time.
It shouldn't be that way, but I think it is. I know so many men. Relatives, friends, associates, and their friends. And I hear this all the time.
But we gonna have to agree to disagree on this one.![]()
Nawl, I am speaking from what I hear men say. Like I said in my other post, I hear a lot of them say so in so but when I am out with my boo and see them at the movies or out to dinner with their dates, they contradict themselves a lot.
