Kemy Oil pomade was the worst hair product ever invented. I don't know why they made it smell like grape kool-aid :perplexed

Miss Cool setting lotion. It set you hair alright but the buildup was horrible and it left flakes galore.
Nothing American. Thank Goodness my mother ships me products from home. They actually seem to work for me.

This list is not all inclusive. I've tried a host of different products over the last three years. Most of these products are actually really good but they did not work for my particular texture of hair.

Tried this last night, left my hair feeling weighed down and left white residue. I had to wash this out of my hair immediately.:nono:

It smells so bad, it left my pillow smelling like diariah butt, and my hair. I went to my kids baseball game and thought someone let loose my hair flew under my nose due to the wind and P U I was like that stink smell is me ( you know I was looking for the culprit) :perplexed
 
Aveda Universal styling creme
Aveda Dry remedy intensive treament :nono: - The shampoo was ok, but not worth it in the long run
Pantene shampoo & con
Aveda anti-humectant -->pointless piece of ish
Origins Knot-free condish & shampoo
SoftSheen Breakthru anti-breakage moisturizing lotion - i think it made my ends worse!
Blue Magic Hair grease
KeraCare Dry & itchy scalp shampoo
Henna - too many stains!

Suave Humectant - Couldn't get my fingers or wide tooth comb through my hair
Creme of Nature Relaxer - Years ago my hair seriously shedded while rinsing out relaxer:perplexed

PhytoSpecific Shampoo (any type-they all suck and tangled my hurr something sickkkkkkk)
PhytoSpecific Relaxer (doesnt work for my hurr)
Olive Oil Moisterizer (made my hurr feel nasty)
Optimum Anti Breakage Leave In Spray (made my ends look like :blush: :nono:)
Herbal Essences Hold Spray the blue bottle (made my hair soooooo dry ahhhhhhhhhhh)
 
I won't put my life on anything, but these are the products that I know I'll never buy again:

1. CD ROSEMARY MINT HERBAL SHAMPOO-THIS IS THE WORSE PRODUCT I'VE EVER USED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! My hair felt like it was going through a metamorphosis of textures. It was sooo hard and tangled.

2. CD Healthy Hair Butter-I didn't find that it had any exceptional moisturizing properties. It's aight at best.

3. CD Lisa's Hair Elixir-My hair does have more "life" to it after applying the elixir, but it also makes my hair tangled. Plus, KBB hair oil is lighter & works better for less money.

4. CD Tui Hair Smoothie-It doesn't moisturize worth a darn. It left my hair coated.

5. ORS Jojoba Oil-Except for a brief dry scalp problem a few years ago, I've never had issues with my scalp. This stuff made my scalp itch like crazy, though.

6. Any cone-laden products-They make my hair unbelievably dry.

7. V05 Miracle Mist-This stuff made my hair hard in a matter of minutes.

8. Any dollar store conditioners (Suave, V05, White Tropical Rain, etc.)

9. Elasta QP Mango Butter-I couldn't stand that white film that it left on my ends.

10. Any products from Pantene and Doo Gro.

11. Mane and Tail Deep Moisturizing Conditioner-I don't understand how this product can be called a deep moisturizing conditioer. My hair was sooo dry after using it.

12. KeraCare Humecto- It left my hair dry & coated. I used the one in the bottle. Supposedly, the one in the tub is much better but I'll never know. I've moved on to Karen's Body Beautiful & there's no need for me to look any further for a conditioner.

13. Most of the products sold in local beauty supply stores.
 
Dr. Bronners's almond castile soap, it's leaving a film on my hair, I wonder if others are having this problem.

This is a very long list. Just curious, did all or some of the products make your hair dry?
 
*Palmer's Olive Oil Formula Hair Milk--thin, I wonder if it has the ingredients they even talked about on the back. It was like a watery paste that I remember making in elementary school.
* Bioinfusion Olive Oil Moisturizing Creme--too thin and didn't do anything to hair.
*GVP version of Sebastian Potion 9--each time tried it my hair dried straw like and nasty.
* Tresemme Rich Moisturizer Conditioner--can I say all toes and fingers down. It works for others but it didn't work for me in co-washing or pre-pooing mixed with my whole hair boosting stuff--honey, natural oils or even mixed with other conditioners.
