You are truly a HairVeda girl. I hope Ayurveda works for me as well as it has for you.

I just keep my ends moisturized, sealed with oil, and wrapped in a bun.

I bun every day, even when my hair is straight.

No, I do not color my hair. I attribute the "black" hair to the Indian oils and powders. Before I started with my Ayurvedic regimen, my hair was dark brown. I love the black hair color.

Amazing progress!!! You have motivated me to continue on with my ayurvedic regimen (I was getting a little tired of all the mixing). I am going to mix all of my powders together like you stated to save myself some time.

Good goobaleegoo girl! Ayurveda is the business. I am kicking it up a notch on the bunning now that I have figured it out.

Bumping this thread for my co-worker who has never seen my hair hang loose/straight. She is the only person so far IRL who I have mentioned LHCF to:sekret:. She may eventually subscribe:crossfingers: or just lurk:peek2:. Which ever she decides, she will find a wealth of information and inspiration on hair care.:yep:
