I joined at the end of July last year. I wish that I would have found LHCF sooner. I appreciate all the tips, advice and support that you ladies give. I'm not sure that I can claim APL yet but I can see and feel the difference in my hair. Thanks alot ladies.

I'll get a trim next week if I need it. I've been letting a stylist trim about every 6 to eight weeks. She knows to cut as little as possible. I tried to go a long time without trimming but always end up having to cut a few inches.
