So do you NOT use shampoo at all? Or can I co wash once a week and use shampoo say twice a month?

COUNT me in! I co wash now once a week and shampoo once a week during the summer I will up to twice a week and maintain my once a week shampoo.

I use right now V05 - Tea Therapy, Clarifying Conditioner Vanilla Mint Tea

You can shampoo as often as you want to. You don't have to change your routine.
