Thank you Xavier...weekly Joico DPR & Intense hydrator usage and roller setting. My hair substantially inproved when I started using Joico...healthier & less breakage...My regi is in my blog.

Thank you Dani...my goal was MBL (I had a 1 inch trim this weekend)...I'm about 2 inches from WL so I guess I will continue until then....Then I plan to maintain with monthly trims.
