I'm doing all 4 sessions and cowashing almost everyday except during Session 2. Why can't you cowash?

Is cowashing a no no for low malipulation? I did not realize this. This is how I planned to get through the summer.

Co-washing is okay to me because I only detangle once a week. As far as I'm concerned, you can still co-wash and be low-mani. That's why I was asking TCatt why she said she couldn't.
