I think this will probably be my last year renewing. I think my renewal dates is sometime in August. Not sure though.

i'll leave once i get bored or there is no longer any benefits from being on the forum, which i doubt will happen. even once i reach my goal it's nice to learn new techniques, learn about new products, ect. just because you've grown your hair long dosen't mean you know it all or you don't need help maintaining what you have. i don't see myself leaving anytime soon, then again i'm still a noob so, who's to say what will happen.

ITA! I do also hope to become better in the hair subject so that I can offer any advice or help one day. I think everybody matters on LHCF, but at the same token we all have goals and some may be bigger than LHCF....and one thing I know about LHCF is that we want EVERYONE to reach their goals.....it's just also nice to know that when a birdie leaves the coop that she takes everything she learns (especially the wonderful LHCF attitude) with her. It's like seeing our lil angels grow up and going to college. lol! But I will say that I am gonna definitely be here for a while cause I know you ladies aren't through teaching me....not even close.

I doubt I'd leave unless it gets ultra boring around here. Even if I reach my hair goals-I'm usually in the other boards anyway!

I may not ever offcially leave, I may just drift away one day.
But I love the conversation and the brilliant minds I have come to know particularly in the Political Forum.

Whenever I hear or rad something juicy the first thing I want to do is run in PF and post it. I can't talk politics with people in my life like I would like too. So PF is a great Outlet for me, so I don't drive my "in-person" friends crazy

Oh and the hair growth motivation is to good to let go!
I don't know if I am doing everything right with my hair, but I seem to be failing forward because I am retaining growth

I just subscribed (though I lurked in the days before a subscription was required) and I'm not planning to leave anytime soon. I figure if I ever get to that point, I can always just lurk and take a break.

Once you get a routine that you feel comfortable with and know what your hair's likes and dislikes are you find yourself not on as much. Although, I know that i'll never venture too far away when I have a question or want to spread the word about a new product. And like Marcheriamour some of us will in turn try to educate others on hair care methods we've learned on our own. So really I don't think i'll ever say good-bye to the site that helped me acheive a goal I personally thought was impossible for my hair type. I don't have the guts to fully leave :)

I vote that you don't consider canceling membership until THE GAME goes off the air. You are a resident contributor to our lil weekly thread over in ET and you know how WE DO

wait, samanthajones left? she was posting up a storm recently, what in the world?

i'll leave when I get bored. It happens with all my hobbies eventually. It usually takes 2-3 years. But I'm just discovering the political and OT forums, and that might keep me around for a bit longer.

I voted never. Not only because I plan to help others reach their goals as have the ladies before me have done, but more so because this is a community that I enjoy belonging to. I mean where else can you go and talk about hair and not have people look at you like you're crazy? ~Not to mention the fact that most of our curly haired sisters aren't into healthy hair care anyway. We all have a shared interest and offer support to each other like I don't think we can get elsewhere.

I don't know. As long as it's slow at work, I'll be here. :lachen: That's how I stumbled across this board and other hair care forums. :yep: I needed something to keep me "looking busy" instead of reading a book, and -- "Presto!" this website popped up.

I would say once my life gets too busy that I won't have these spare minutes (or hours) to waste on the internet. I've cut back on my lurkdom significantly lately once I realized how much I wasn't getting done IRL that should have been done if it weren't for my LHCF addiction.

Same here.

Never! Well I say that now because I just started. But when I reach my hair goal, I'm always going to need advice on styles and resources for new hair products. Plus I would like to pass on advice and motivationb to others when I reach my goal.

Same here. Once I reach my ultimate goal of APL, I wont be on here everday like I am, but I will still pop in once in a while for tips or if I have a hair question. But now as a newbie, I'm here errrrrrday!

I don't think I would ever leave. You all are the only people that understand my preoccupation with hair. Plus I think that with all that I have learned it is only right to help the ladies that come after me.

Never. This site has changed my hair life :yep:.

I'd still be cutting my hair short if it weren't for the ladies here. I love this place!

I will leave after I reach my goal but not directy after, I'll stay on a while to help others as well. Plus there is always something else interesting going on in here. Honestly I don't stay on long as it is. But I do check in several times a day.

NEVERRRR!!!!
I have been here for a few years I hardly post but I would never abandon my beloved LHCF! :nono::nono::look:

I'm not on as much as I use to be when I first joined but I still pay my dues and log on maybe once or twice a week. I don't see myself going anywhere NO time soon. I love this place:yep:

I will keep my subscription for many years. I love this site. However, I've started posting less frequently already because I wasn't getting enough studying done. I also plan to keep up a blog so I can help others as I achieve my goals.

I have no plans to leave LHCF. I've been here for awhile now and I really like it. I spend most of my time on the non-hair related forums now, but I like to pop back over here to the hair forum every now and then. I enjoy giving advice and being helpful when I can. I like the open and sharing atmosphere here when it comes to helping others improve their hair.

If I did ever leave the board I probably wouldn't make it a big deal. I'm not well known enough to making goodbye threads (lol), but I would probably say it in a thread if it seemed appropriate.

I left for a few years mainly because my computer died and because school became intense. I learned so much from the hair board and I have learned how to properly take care of my hair and what works best. At this point I visit the hair board occasionally but spend most of my time on the Entertainment and Makeup Board.

I ain't going nowhere! They gon' have to drag me out kickin' and screaming. :lachen::lachen::lachen:

Even though I've been paying member for a couple of years now, I'm just getting into developing a regimen for my transitioning hair. There is just so much to see and do here I got side tracked. I was also a little overwhelmed by the amount of information available for hair care.

So now that the newness has worn off I can concentrate on why I came here in the first place and get my hair together.

Leave LHCF??? BLASPHEMY!!!
