With so many members leaving one by one (Macherieamour, Bublnbrnsuga, Samanthajones,...come to mind right now) I was just wondering: when do you plan to leave LHCF? And do you plan to make an official goodbye thread when you do?

Hmmmm, I dunno. Never thought about it. I could leave now because I have the info I need, but you never know what more is out there. I might stop and lurk for a while like a lot of the long haired ladies do.

ETA~ I voted never because I will lurk and offer help. If it weren't for a lot of ladies here I wouldn't have the progress I have. This is an oasis and I'd like to be an angel of the oasis...

i'll leave once i get bored or there is no longer any benefits from being on the forum, which i doubt will happen. even once i reach my goal it's nice to learn new techniques, learn about new products, ect. just because you've grown your hair long dosen't mean you know it all or you don't need help maintaining what you have. i don't see myself leaving anytime soon, then again i'm still a noob so, who's to say what will happen.

Don't know. Whenever I just stop wanting to come here anymore, I guess that will be the time. I can definitely imagine posting less or being on hiatus for a while depending on what's going on in my life. There are people here who I really like and hope to keep in contact with, though.

I wouldn't make an effort to leave...maybe after I reach my goals I would be less active, but I'll still be a part of LHCF!!! I would love to help others reach their goals as well.

I chose never because for the first time in my life I'm learning to take care of my own hair. I'm not going to leave, I may take a break from time to time, but I think I'll keep my subscription as long as the site stays here. I love the information, and plus ya'll keep me up on everything!!

i think i might leave soon. my subscription is going to end in 2 months and i dont feel as if i should stay.i dont feel inspirational or anything; my hair is still short and i still havent gotten everything "together".i might change my mind though.

and if i go i wont make a thread. i dont think its necessary.

I plan on staying forever! How else can a PJ stay on top of her game? lol
Maybe I can help others in the future, and even if I rarely post, it's only $6.50 a year, so why not keep myself available, just in case.

I think most people start to drop off once they've gotten close to their ultimate goal. Most long time members don't spend much time here in the hair board anymore.

when im bsl...but im sure ill have atleast 2 setbacks til then...so i aint going anywhere for a couple of years lol

I didn't know that Bublnbrnsuga left? When and does anyone know why?

At this point I don't think I can see leaving for good. Lots of great info here. There will definitely come a time when I post less and visit less though.

Never. :lachen: Esp. since I've found the minefield of deep thought and hilarity that is OT/Ent - please. I'll be on here fo'life!

:look:

I wish they would make a lifetime subscription, so I can pay my ducats now and not have to worry about re-upping in the future. :lachen:

I don't think I could ever leave, I love ya'll too much! :hug3:

Once I reach my goals, I may become less active, but I can't imagine not being multiple times a day!

If I DID decide to leave, I would make an official thread letting you all know. It would be kinda crappy to just disappear and have people wodering and worrying about you :ohwell:

I would say once my life gets too busy that I won't have these spare minutes (or hours) to waste on the internet. I've cut back on my lurkdom significantly lately once I realized how much I wasn't getting done IRL that should have been done if it weren't for my LHCF addiction.

I think once i reach Waistlength i will leave....i mean, i enjoy everybody in here....but i just feel once i reach my waistlength milestone....i won't really be so hair crazy anymore....thats just how i am. Plus.... i think my subscription is gonna run out in May anyway and thats when i hope to achieve my ultimate goal of waistlength.

I might lurk just to learn new styles and new buns tho.

Never!!!

I will probably stick to lurking the hair board but I love the off-topic forums. I am sure I will go through times where I am not here much but many members have other ways to contact me. LHCF has been good to me. Not just for my hair but for my life all around. I don't plan on leaving.

I guess when the Lord says "it's time to go".
I can see myself not commenting as much....(not that I do alot of right now), or not logging on each and everyday. LCHF is my cigarette, and shot glass, and wine glass, and burbon glass, oh yea, gin and tonic....anyway..you get it.

Update: I forgot one: Puerto Rican Rum..whoo hoo doggie.

I will not say never but i think that even after my reaching my goal I'll be around and although I don't post alot now I'll probably post even less once I reach my goal

As of now I have no plans to leave. I am barely a year into taking care of my hair and I still have SO much to learn. But thanks to you ladies I am on the right track...just couldn't imagine not being apart of this community. But I can understand though...life changes and sometimes you have to take what you learned and grow on.

I don't think I will leave.
Even if I reach BSL or WL there will always be a young sista out there (with EL or CL hair) that may come here seeking advice I could give.
