As long as there are topics on hair and just the right pinch of drama, I'll stick around. This place is my escape from reality. all I do is work. I look forward to posting here.
 
I'm never leaving, even after I reach my goal i'm gone to stay and help others which I do anyway. I love it here and I don't plan on leaving. :yep:
 
I don't think I'll ever "officially" leave. I'm constantly learning new things....and not just about hair. If I get tired of the forum I'll just take breaks or lurk.
 
I guess I am not in the loop enough to realize when people leave but, I guess I will leave on the day that I can't afford to renew my subscription. So until then, y'all chicas are stuck with me.
 
IDK. It's really hard to say. I'm really getting the hang of doing my own hair, so this board has really helped me alot.

I don't think I would ever leave, but mostly because of the Off topic forum and the health and fitness forum.

I have learned sooooo much in those two forums! :yep: For example, I learned about oil pulling and where to buy waist cinchers (and I was looking bada baaam goooood in my waist cincher :grin:)

So, nah, now that I'm really thinking about it.... I don't think I'd ever leave LHCF!

Never thought about leaving. This website is more than haircare for me. As long as it fits in my life, I'll be here... I'm not bold enough to get banned.
 
I'll probably just fade into the background like i always do... And lurk for a while until the urge to voice my opinion comes back.

I will not do an official good-bye thread... Cuz i'm not really going anywhere... It'll just be like a break. :yep:
 
Not until I reach my hair goal which is years away. Why did macherieamour leave? I know she has her own website now, was that why? Or if it can't be discussed just let me know.
 
I put not until I reach my goal of anywhere between WL to HL :grin:, so get used to me... I'll be here for a WHILE (I'm CB length now... hopefully APL by Summer 2009) hehehehe.
 
I've never thought about leaving... I'm just gonna be here posting in the "everything but the hair forums." :lol:
 
I go on periodic hiatuses and I have scaled way back over the last year or so.

There is much more to this board than hair so I have moved on (since achieving my goals) to enjoy other parts of the board.
 
I have no idea. Maybe I'll leave one day. Maybe I won't. There will probably be hiatuses from time to time. I like to keep up with forums that I enjoy, and I definitely enjoy this one.
 
I haven't thought about leaving...I learn a lot on here....I do plan on cutting back time spent on here though starting in the new year...I have some goals I have to achieve, which is going to take up a lot of my free time...
 
I can't see ever "outgrowing" the Other Topics forums. And I'm sure there will always be something new to learn on the hair boards.
 
I don't have a set time to leave LHCF. With internet communities, I just seem to lose interest after I find something exciting.
 
wow..i just got here too, and I enjoy talking to you ladies....my hair goal isn't far....and I was going to leave after my hair goal.....BUT I might just pop up here and there for a while and help others or motivate them reach their hair goals.....many ladies have helped me and motivated me, so I want to do the same, and I'm trying to get back on the grind of things with school and losing some more weight, so I'll be here for a while.....but good post, I was thinking about that too.
 
Probably 2010. I thought about leaving after this year is up, but so many wonderful ladies have just made that impossible.
 
I don't plan on leaving. I may take a hiatus, but I truly believe that "too whom much is given, much is expected".....

O.k. so I just paraprased that, but I have heard that,


"each one....teach one....."


So I expect that I'll be teaching for a long time to come....

And that's only if the government gives a bailout to the big "3".

I didn't know those girls left :( Where have I been????

I know I won't be around forever... Life happens, but I hope to stick around til I make my goals.
 
I'm not leaving unless they decide to shut down the site. I've learned so much since I've been a member. Once I reach my goals, I'll continue to be member. Maybe I can offer advice to those that need it; just like the sisters that help me now.
 
well my hair goal keeps changing...i always said i would hit the ceiliing once i got to APL, then i decided BSL would be a dream, then recently i realized that WL would really be APL unstretched on me (and i saw shari headley's hair on 'one on one' the other night)...so as long as i am chasing a dream i will be here. beyond that, i got the financial forum and OT to keep it live, so i'll be here at least through 2010. idk about a goodbye thread, maybe if i am on legend status like the aforementioned ladies, but at this point it would be kinda like "ok...and you are..." LOL
 
when the site shuts down...I dont feel that I spend wayyy too much time on here to a point where I have to shun myself or go cold turkey. there are tiems when I log on a few times a day and then there are times where I dont log on for weeks at a time. depends on what im doing and if Im in a chatty mood.

Agreed. Though I may ask less questions...cause I have a system going. Though, I do have one going now and I ask questions.
 
I love it here. I learn about hair, politics, entertainment, relationships, etc. Heck, if you get bored w/ 1 section, you can easily jump to another.
