Whisper "bleep boop" to yourself when you're sad.
I've noticed that whenever I'm having a horrible day, stressed, tired, ready to pull out my hair..... All I need to do is get in the shower and let that water hit my scalp, and all of my troubles melt away. Sitting under the dryer with my hair slathered in conditioner is so relaxing for me. I love it
I guess it's my little time to escape and have some "me" time
