She's not natural, she's texturized. Can you imagine what it would look like if she were natural? That would be something amazing right there.

thanks VERY much ladies. I owe my progress to this board. before lchf, i knew how to grow my hair, but I didn't know how to keep it.

I usually go to sleep in 2 - 4 braids. I work the graveyard shift so I rocked a wet ponytail with a headband mostly.

Oh, another staple for me is the oil wash. man o man has that helped my hair. my mixture includes olive olive, castor oil, grapeseed oil, glycerin and lemon extract for a fresh clean smell :lick:

Lekair cholesterol is another fav and I keep CHI silk infusion, Salerm 21 stocked.

I'm also experimenting with Nexus Headdress.

The biggest contributor to *my* hair health has been limiting heat, cowashes and working out consistently. Keeping the blood flowing.

Having a good vitamin regimen is key too. Talk care of the insides and the outside will radiate.

Thanks again ladies :)

Your hair is absolutely beautiful!

And if that's what you consider back fat, I will never post a picture of mine. :nono:

hey, I have no problem with back fat . I guess i've been looking at the ET section to much and I started critiquing myself. it's stooopid, i know lol
