I loooove Karen's products!!!

I use and love the Hair Milk and Hair Nectar (I get them both unscented)
They will make your hair so soft and silky and moisturized.

I tried the hair butter and hair cream samples and those were good too, but I didn't reorder because I have way too many butters that I need to use up first.

I haven't tried her shampoos and conditioners/mask yet, but one of these days I plan on trying them.

:)

I really want to try the hair milk and Deep conditioner.
I would try the hair butter but i think i have Enough butters as of now:rolleyes:

I use the hair milk and butter (in Honey Oatmeal scent). These are now my staples. I have not found anything else that makes my hair soft without greasy buildup. I love Karen's

Have you tried the poo and Conditioner?
Im really Low On my Qhemet Products...i need to stock up but im looking
for something different. thanks for the review!

Love, love, love the hair milk, hair butter, hair cream, and the hair oil :lick:. I was just telling my sis about this stuff a couple weeks ago and ordered a sample kit for her. The products are definitely worth the money and last a long time. For me, I prefer the hair cream over the butter but I love and use both. I used the hair milk and cream on my damp hair and did two strand twists and slept in them overnight. I woke in the morning to soft, lush, moist, shiny hair! My twist out turned out very nicely. The scents are to die for!

I use the hair nectar and the butters.

I also have the body oil.

All in the hibiscus scent. It smells sooooooo good!

What's the hair nectar? I don't see that on the site.

According to Empress-Ri's youtube review, it's lighter than the hair milk (less oils) and may be better for finer hair. I want this one too, but didn't see it on the site. Off to look at the link provided

These are the two products of hers that I've tried. I like them well enough, but not enough to reorder. Especially at that price for the deep conditioner. That is the $25 (or so) one, right? As a conditioning treatment I prefer NTM Hair Mask. And if I'm going to spend that kind of money again it will be on replenishing my Aveda Damage Remedy Treatment which, despite it being less ounce-wise, provides a greater number of treatments because the Karen's one is more watery. The hair milk has a nice scent. I think the best thing about the KBB products are their scents, and I got 3 other small product samples with different scents when I placed my order. But similar to the deep conditioner, there are products I like better as leave-ins over KBB hair milk. Not to say it isn't a good product, because it is and it uses very nice ingredients. But it's a bit of a light-weight when it comes to handling my texture of hair, and you can't add more thinking you're going to counteract this because then your hair will be oily. If I find myself with an influx of cash one day I might reorder, particularly a body butter like the sample I got in coco lime scent :lick: , but until then I'll stick with Qhemet or perhaps even Oyin.

Yeah for 8oz Conditioner that aint nowhere near cheap!. I wonder why it is so much?? I see alot of other great Natural Lines that are Wayyyyy Cheaper, that work top notch! The only thing that attracted me was the scents. Im over here comparing ingredients to other natural lines...this may sound weird but, the less cheaper that i like so far i have'nt tried hv yet. (hairVeda, Shescentit, Komaza) are packed with yummy ingredients , and they are less pricey! Now that is my cup of tea! Im still debating on it:ohwell:

i forgot to add i have Qhemets also. They work well on my Dry and Damp hair i really do need to reorder:lick:

This is so funny. I never knew about her products. And I just got home to see this thread and I literally drove past it twice today on Myrtle Ave and Clinton in Brooklyn. The funny thing both times I kept looking to see what was inside. Next time Im stopping in. Hopefully I will get some goodies. Thanks for the review ladies.

I love the smell of the Cocolime hair butter....so yummy. I've met Karen.. Nice chick. I like the fact that they actually make the products in the store, the kitchen is right behind the counter.

The $25 conditioner, was that for the aromatherapy one? I can't bring myself to do that one either. I love her hair milk and butter, but my fave is the hair cream. It's not as heavy as the butter which leads me to believe I'll like the hair nectar as well. I think you're on to something w/the hair texture thing. I love KBB, but don't like Qhemet or Oyin for my hair type.

I just water rinsed my hair yesterday then applied the hair milk in sections and detangled. I then used the hair butter and sealed w/an oil then bunned my hair. My hair is still super soft, lush and moist today. I didn't have to reapply any product this morning. The milk (nectar if I like it better), butter and cream will become staples for me. When I get some extra $ I might have to try the shampoo and conditioner. Or not, I have enough of both already!

Talking about me are ya?! Hehehee! Yes, I do have a stash of kbb. I want to order more of her oils...or go to her shop tomorrow!
OMG, Empressri you're here!!! Yayyy! Welcome to the board. I was just thinking the other day that I wish you would join over here.

I should've known you'd be in a Karen's Body Beautiful thread:grin:.

ETA.....I love your new cut girl! Your hair is so lush and thick. It's beautiful and those curls are poppin. I couldn't believe you did it when I saw the vid.
