I'm just over 4 months at 17 weeks...having no major issue yet...KNOCK ON WOOD:drunk: Braid-outs are my best friend...I wear them in some form or fashion everyday

I'm having withdrawals...this is exactly why I didn't want to give it an official title because I know me. As soon as that happens, I want to do the opposite. I really wanna texlax. BAD. Maybe just my edges/nape? Yo no se...

My last relaxer was on March 1st, which means that I'm about 21 weeks post. I don't know what I'm going to do once the semester starts. :ohwell:

almost 4 months. so far its good. i think if i transition for more than 10 months this time then I will be able to work and accept my hair better this time around. right now i feel my NG is so pretty. i wouldve never texted if i knew it would come out the way it did.

Checkin in :yep: Next week will make a year and 4 months. I admit I'm tired of wearing a bun or half wig. If I can make it to the fall, I'll be good. I plan on wearing my hair straight once a month from October-April (rollerset/flat iron), then cutting the relaxed ends. I'll be 2 yrs at that point.

13 months!!!!!!!

The last few months have been HARD!!! But I've recently figured out my problem (hard water at my new 'home') so hopefully it gets better from here.

The hard water situation triggered some serious withdrawal symptoms. I think about relaxing weekly now.

Hi, I'm doing much better the last few weeks...I'm 28 weeks post...?Jan 08...Caramel Treatments and ayurveda products are making this much better for me...

12 weeks post here.

Had I transitioned when I was supposed to, I'd be a year into this. :ohwell:

I don't know how long I'm transitioning for now. I did the BC 2 years ago and I'm trying not to go that route again... *le sigh*

8 months into my transition, its been soo hard, had lots of brakage, cause i used lots of heat. hanging in there though, dont plan to big chop anytime soon:nono:

I'm in this one, but I don't know what I'm doing. I just know I have to get rid of my bonelaxed hair.:ohwell: I hope to transition for a long time this time because I do not want a twa. I am 4 weeks post right now.

You're going natural again? Or opting for texlaxed hair?

I am newbie and transitioning. I am 24 weeks post. But I don't know if I want to keep transitioning, do the big chop or what.

I'm 12 months post today! I haven't used any heat since December. I've been using half-wigs and sew-ins. Tomorrow, I'm getting my hair straightened as a little treat  and to check my length.

I'm HERE!
I SOO need to change my siggy.
Last relaxer was on 1-21-08. That makes me about 6.5 months into my transition:grin: I've tried a lot of things, co washing, daily pooing...
My beautician is the greatest!

Hey! :hiya2: I'm 8 wks and one day...It looks and feels like longer...I think it's been pretty easy so far (*knocking on wood*)...I'm gonna try to go for 8-12 months...

HHG!

I just tried a texlax (never again) so I am transitioning again. I BC in June so this time I will not be cutting again.

Last relaxer 13 August 2008. Transitioning from texlax, no BC

Okay so I know its like October and only a few more months before the new year, but I still want to check in. I am currently 42 weeks post today and I am going CRAZY with these two textures, but I'm fighting to go atleast another 36 weeks.

I relaxed after 6 years with sisterlocks. Then transitioned for 12 months and relaxed again. :( I just made the decision to transistion again. So, I'm only 5 weeks post!
