A poofy mess. After bragging about Sabino last night. I went and rolled my hair with AVG. I think that was a mistake. It does'nt look bad and all is not loss, I just don't think I should have used AVG on flatironed natural hair.

I had a GREAT wash day today My hair's back in it's usual wet bantu knot/cinnamon roll/twisty-type bun

i am co washing everyday so my hair is in a wet bun.
what i do is:
i let the water saturate my whole head then i put a lot of vo5 conditioner in it. i massage it in and detangle then i wash that out. put fekkai shea hair conditioner in it and let it sit for my shower and then rinse it out. i ring all the water out my hair, never use a towel, then i spray paul mitchell's moisture mist and ojon mist in my hair, then i put a little paul mitchell the conditioner in my hair sealed with hairveda's cocasta oil and put one braid and then pin it up. i have been doing this for two weeks and i am loving it.
i had a spot on the left side of my head that was completely thined out from when i used to wrap my hair and do you know it is fully filled in now
