:yep:Hit- fantasia frizz buster straightening cream


:sad:Miss- CHI Silk Infusion

I brought these at the same time because they have similar ingredients and the fantasia is cheaper and better plus you get more for your money. when i used tha silk infusion i had no shine it just didnt do nothing for me, but when i used the frizz buster i had major shine and my hair was so beautiful i didnt have to put oil sheen on after i flat ironed like i did with the silk infusion.
 
Major hit: Joico Moisture Recovery Treatment Balm- This stuff is awesome and just as good as the Joico Kpak Reconstructor and Intense Hydrator! Once again, my hair came out soft, silky, light, strong and had movement:yep:! My hair looks and feels healthy; I love it! Another keeper!

Steam Cleaning bathroom prior to going to salon to get relaxer:rolleyes: I forgot! It opened up the pores on my scalp and caused it to itch and burn!

Ayurvedic hair washing the Candy C way! I tried it before but never was consistent, but now I've been doing it consistently for the last few weeks (twice a week) and it's working out beautifully. I even feel like my hair is stronger (and longer :grin:)

I am on a self-imposed spending hiatus, so I will probably not be trying anything new this month :nono:

coneless conditioners mixed with water, leave-ins (creamy & liquid), glycerine, aloe vera, SAA, EO's and whatever else of the dozens of products I have and feel like using that day.

Jury's out on Kenra MC for me too. I have found that it works well as a moisturizing gel to smooth down my ng. :yep: Overall hair conditioner...eh....:ohwell:

at least I'm not the only one:yep: that's a great idea about the edges but it's being returned tomorrow.
 
HIT: a big hit with me was mizani moisturfuse

a big MISS was kenra MC: i've used this several times and it just sits there. yea it smells good but i dont get the moisturizing part AT ALL

Garnier Shampoo Dry/Damaged- I was longing to get back that squeaky clean feel again and I revisted this shampoo and it was so nice! It cleansed my hair well and left it soft!
Aussie Moist- I would have to say this is a really softening conditioner but it's too expensive :nono:

Homemade Apretadora! The pj bug was trying to bite me, but I rebuked it due to my hair falling apart due to this habit. Too, with all the stuff I have in this house that I need to use up, I got to mixing. Mill Creek Biotin conditioner, peppermint oil, cayenne pepper, Kapoor Kachli powder, Brahmi powder, cinnamon, and rosemary. My scalp STILL feels refreshed. This mixture also didn't compare to the $16 I was going to spend by the time the Apretadora would've cost once I got it shipped!

Misses:
I'm not totally shocked, nor am I bummed since these were cheapies. They still deserve to be called out for sucking:

I just finished my last liter of Kenra yesterday. I need to restock it but something is telling me that the grass might be greener:look:

I really don't know what this stuff is doing for me :ohwell:!

I think I meant to get the Rose water H2O and got this instead. It moisturizes but it's like a sticky feeling...........

I don't know yet but it was $18 so it must be used! I don't play like that!:lachen:!!!

Miss: V05 Champagne Kisses (or any V05 condish for that matter). I know lots of people love this condish for co-washes, but it just feels like water to me :ohwell:
