Disclaimer: Do not rent this movie. It's so old, I'm sure it will never make it to dvd. It scared the h*!! out of me when I was little. They make it look so cute, but the the little boy is eventually kidnapped and his hair is harvested in order to make paintbrushes.

I JUST thought about this movie a few days ago. Weren't there spider webs in the mix and eye of newt or something.

The sister was a jerk adn he had an asian friend, Conrad LOL. He went into an old burnt out building, saw a ghost, scared him half to death, lost his hair the next morning, got taunted for wearing a wig at school, dreamed about the ghosts, they gave him a recipe, his daddy thought he was crazy and threw it away, he dreamed the recipe again, it was too runny, he added way too much PB, put it on his head, grew a house full of hair, got kidnapped, punk sister found him by tracing the kidnapper with sugar, 1st time her sugar got swept away, then she went back a few days later and found crystallized sugar, found her brother, tried to escape in a magical painting that only her brothers hair could make, got away, the end.

Matter of fact youre right, he had to put in rotten eggs and dirt and dead flies and peanut butter... Cant rememebr the rest of the recipe but it was nasty.
