Ok.....It's not REAL but I wanted to start visualizing what past waistlegth would look like. So I purchased a 20" weave, had my sister put it in (if anyone needs a weave and you're in the DC area, my sister does an awesome job) and I think I really like it. I grow to and maintain at this length. I suggest everyone to start visualizing with a weave if your not against weaves. I wanted to share so what do you think?:

I think it looks cute. I would throw a few honey colored highlights and some layers though.

I did tailbone length a few times and people thought I was "Native American.":look:

WHAT is your fitness routine? I can wash my clothes on your tummy.

You know! I was thinking, "forget the hair, look at those abs!"

ETA: I really did *forget* the hair. I think you should have it cut in a u-shape or in layers. It's too straight across at the back. Other than that, from the front it looks great. Very natural.

Your sister did a great job with blending the hair - it looks awesome and the long hair fits you.

Do you run tracks? Your abs are unbelievable? Give me the scoop.....

Um, to be honest, the back looks odd, maybe some layers or something?

BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY: GIRL WHAT DO U DO TO GET ABS LIKE THAT!??!

SHOOT!

I am so afraid of color. I would actually like to go blue black one day. Layers, yeah I could do that but a blunt cut says yeah I have SUPER HAIR, ya know?

Fitness and Health is my life. Even though for the holiday had me eating alot of junk and I going to hit it hard in 2008. I work out for 30mins to 1 hour 3 to 5 days a week. Lots of squats, deadlifts, and legs presses. For abs, the yoga balls offers tons of stuff to do. I also started POLE DANCING. I LOVE IT! Every women should at least try it. Its fun, challenging, and makes you super strong and flexible. I am a simple eater. To lose weight, learn to control your eating (but EAT and eat GOOD), simple as that and the weight will shed like your hair.:lachen: Rule of thumb: If I cant spell or pronoune it, I shouldnt eat. Chicken, turkey, fish, fruits, veggies, tea, juice no soda, water....like that.

I would love a super blunt cut but thats would require maintaining at a certain length for a LONG TIME. Layers maybe....?

Took the words right out of my mouth! :nono: Seriously, what do you do to stay in shape?!:eek:

Loving the hair...

But as everyone has said you abs look amazing - Now I know it is hard work, so I just need to get my but in gear - and I can can see from how glowing your skin is that you watch what you eat.

Man I need to get with the program - I have such a sweet tooth. That is my own personal goal for this year - get in shape and be healthy- most importantly

I have the biggest sweet tooth...candy, cookies, and cakes....oh my...:lachen: I am more cautious of HOW MUCH I eat then what I eat. Its important to be happy about what you are eating. I do not deny myself all the time. I see it in the store, I will walk around with it for a while then at the check out I'll put it back. :look:

I eat alot little meals and snacks, no pigging out in one sitting, about 4-6 times a day. Keeps the metabolism going. Building muscle mass helps burn fat while you sleep (very important as well).

I follow one of my fitness idols Alissa Carpio, a figure and fitness competitor. I would like to do this one day. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/alissa26.htm

She includes her diet, supplement use, and fitness workout on this page. I pretty much follow this but I do vary it a bit. Squats, lifts, lunges, and presses has my legs and butt super sexy and toned now. Key to overall body sculpting: Do everything, even the hard stuff. Vary your workout regimen every couple weeks. You will hit different muscle groups and start seeing results in places you didnt know you could work. Only place I dont focus on is my chest for obvious reasons. :lachen:

But dont just focus on the gym. Try other fun and physical activities. Like I said, pole fitness is really great.

I would like to start a HEALTHY BODY, HEALTHY HAIR CHALLENGE but Pinkskates has a Challenge going so check it out.

looks good..I didnt know they had weaves that long. I never see women wearing them.
Yeh if u did something so the ends wouldnt look so straight it would look rreal good.

HELLO MZ HODDY TODDY! lol One day girl, One day my body will look like THAT! But back to the hair! I really like it!! it looks so natural and long hair fits you! I sitll would cut it in layers though :ohwell:

Dayum!! Dat body is out of control.......ima get there....

Back to the hair- the length looks good on you but the ends make it look fake. Maybe you can try cutting it so that it does not look so severe, soften it up some.

I think I'll get my sister to cut layers in it. I wanted to try the European Blunt cut...I guess I'll try layers in the next couple days.

Best Thing About Weaves....YOU CAN CUT IT AND NOT GIVE A D*MN!

you do have an amazing body and we have the same dietary habits. I love cookies and cake  . Its extremly odd how I like to see other girls with abs but I hate my own:perplexed You avoid the pecs? I avoid sit ups like the plague cuz I dont want the muscle to get any bigger or defined:lachen:

shoot I was so in awe of her body I forgot to comment on the weave:lachen:...yeah Im not to particular to the blunt look. I like the back to be blunt but I like the front to have face framing layers:yep:.

Cookies and cakes are great arent they?

You know I thought that way too. I told my SO that I hate seeing defined abs on girls because it looks too masculine (He is the Biggest Health Nut I know). He said its really sexy to him. So in every attempt to always look good for him and complement his 8-pack (so sexy) I took up the challenge. I looked down one day and said not too bad or too masculine.... He absolutely loves my body now.

Try it out and if you dont like it....there are always cookies and cakes to straighten that problem out:lachen::lachen::lachen:
