Your hair is a bit uneven, but other than that it looks like it's growing nicely and it doesn't look damaged. My hair is also a bit uneven, but I'm not going to trim it until I'm a bit past BSL. You don't seem to have any splits, so overall I'd say it's pretty healthy.
ITA with Honeydew and Brownie as well. Even with the prior damage I got, I'm not going to do a BC, or anything drastic. So, my advice is to do what I plan to do: take 1/2 inch off every 3 months until I reach 3 inches past BSL, and trim back to BSL. I've got about 5 inches that need to go. If I lose 1/2 inch every 3 months and it takes me 12 months to get to 3 inches past BSL, I lose 2 inches from the 1/2 inch trim and the final 3 inches off gets me to my BSL goal. How 'bout that?
Shave it bald and start over.
Just kidding. Dusting? Trim up maybe?
I think your hair is very thick and has a nice length to work with.
I personally would dust only. And honestly, I would not even do that if I was not having problems with a little breakage or styling the way I want. even with the uneven section there, you can hide that by wearing your hair curly or up.
OT, but your babies are cute!
I agree nothing.
It looks pretty healthy for relaxed hair.
If you don't mind it being uneven then opt for a trim when you get closer to a goal say bra strap length and continue with protective styles. Hair doesn't all grow at the same rate so a deep trim may not be necessary as most parts may eventually catch up.
However if you want to wear it out more often then you may want to consider a good trim and follow up with regular dustings when you need them.
I would do a small trim to even it up... Ur hair looks healthy but that will take it up a notch![]()
Shave it bald and start ov
um now that is very constructive chainsaw anyone
a small trim to even it out and keep moisterizing it
I agree. I was too busy looking at the cute babies to notice your hair. Maybe you should just take them everywhere you go and let your hair do it's thing.![]()

I would also even it up. But I'm wondering, does one side of your hair always grow faster than the other side? Because if that is the case, then evening them up might not help.
