I was browsing another board when this idea came up: Do you see/feel a difference between your hair you've grown since being on LHCF and your pre-LHCF hair?

I definitely have it. One of my main goals was/is to have "industrial-strength" hair...For a while I was wondering why I was seeing these teeny tiny hairs (micro-breakage), and then I noticed the hair that remained was uber strong, so I figure it's pre-LHCF hair popping off (for lack of a better phase), lol! I kinda want to cut like 2 inches off just so I can have all "super hair"...but dusting is ok for now...

So are there parts of your hair that are silky, shiny, and behaving, and others that are just begging to be chopped off? How much pre-LHCF hair do you have??

For me, it's the first 6 or so inches that's LHCF hair, since I've been seriously taking care of my hair for the past year...And the new hair's getting even stronger b/c of my vitamin regimen...:drunk:

I don't think I have any Pre-lhcf hair left....Now I do have hair that reflects my marginal commitment when I first joined here:lol:

You are quick to chop something off aren't ya, Gym?
Glad we're on the right track now, though!! BSL/MBL or BUST!!! :lachen:

Yes I guess so....Not always by choice

Good point. And since we are all about "Health over Length" around here, we probably would just say a few words, and then say farewell to whatever wily hairs were holding us back. I don't see many on the other board BC-ing over a setback...Hmm. Interesting.

Good point...I probably would have been almost APL if I didn't cut off anything this year:perplexed

OT: Do you see what I see??

Yeah, but to do that would've required like MONTHS and MONTHS of bunning...My favorite  (albeit effective) thing :nono:

ETA: OT- Yeah, I do :ohwell:

I thought I was gonna have to grow my entire head of hair out and cut off my preLHCF hair before I'd really be OK. But surprisingly I've been able to drastically improve the condition of my pre LHCF hair. My hairline is still my weakest area though. I still haven't found the secret to thickening it up.
