I'm sittin here at my desk actin' like a real crackhead right now:skitzo: My forehead's sweatin, my hands are clammy, skin feels all cool and stuff. Actually, I'm actin' more like one of those crazy people in an institution:grin::grin: I want a Pibbs soooooo friggin' bad, I am seriously about to break down and go ahead and get it:bangdesk: It's drivin me crazy. With all this talk about the minor differences between the 512 and the 514, I'm about to say to hell with it..........I'm getting me a blasted Pibbs, even if it's the 512. Since there's no major difference, it wouldn't bother me. Plus it would be way cheaper. I think I've really flipped......a few screws loose somewhere:nuts::nuts:
 
tenjoy started a thread about trying to get a deal on Pibbs if bought in bulk calm down. She may get us a great price break so I am waiting to see what kind of offer before purchasing..........

girl, u too!? Im right there with u, but Id better act like I have some sense, Im still a starving student until December! I dont want to be one of those ghetto folks who buy a new outfit instead of paying their light bill...:lachen::rolleyes:

I think Ill try to strike a deal with the hubby for Christmas...if he gets me the pibbs (Ill be perfectly happy with the 512) and possibly the new ipod nano...Ill get him another xbox360 and Halo3....he had to sell his a while back bc times were hard for us! lol
then we will both be happy....:rolleyes: :yep:

then again we were talking about going on a cruise for Christmas and not buying each other presents or maybe just one small gift.....*sigh* decisions,decisions!

Cruise huh? That sounds really nice. I've been trying to get SO to go somewhere (I really want to go to London, I mean, I reallllllllyyyyyyyyy want to go) and he just refuses to leave out of the country right now. He'll go to the Bahamas or Jamaica, but won't go with me to London. Oh well though, I'll get over there some day:grin::grin: Now for that Pibbs, I've been eye-ing that thing all night now..........Don't be surprised if I come back in the morning with a post saying "I got a Pibbs!!":grin:
 
hold your horses lady! :lachen:u r gonna be mad if u pay full price and we end up being able to get it for a steal! Wait till the weekend at least! Just think, u could buy more hair products to create beautiful silky rollersets under the pibbs with the money u save!:rolleyes: lol...

Okay, I've managed to calm down the PJ inside of me. I had to use logic against her. She fought it, but I got her to tone it down just a bit and wait:lachen::lachen:Yall know I'm trippin, right? I sound like I've really gone cuckoo for coco puffs:grin:

Yes, I would be quite upset. I've calmed down though. I'll wait and see if I can't get a better deal.

Girl when I saw this post, I was like what is a Pibbs? (I'm not relaxed, let me just add that in there quickly). I googled it though. Yeah to OP, if I was relaxed I would get one though for sure. That would be top of the wish list!:lachen:
 
I wanted a pibbs at one time to. Thought I would die if I didn't get it. But I lived and no longer want one.

Oh, I'm no longer relaxing, I'm transitioning. But, since I want something better to help dry my rollersets quicker (and something much easier to use than a regular hooded dryer), this is right up my alley. One thing I've learned about myself is that I'm always looking for ways to make things much more convenient for me. Sounds shallow, but hey, who doesn't want comfort and convenience?:grin:

Not to be funny, but I tend to stray away from buying stuff on ebay, especially stuff like that. You never know when you will come across a scammer. I know all sellers aren't like that, but the worst of luck can sometimes happen. So, I think I'll just wait and fork over the money to make sure I get one. But thanks for suggesting though:yep:

Dlewis, I was thinking about that last night before I fell asleep. I was thinking of other ways I could spend that money, but then my stubborn side just won't let me rest. Once I've got my eyes and mind set on something, I'm not stopping until I get it:grin: Now the funny thing will be that once I've gotten the darn thing, all the excitement will die down and it will be nothing more than another product I shelled out too much money on:grin::grin:

It's a soft bonnet hair dryer. I love it. You can use most size rollers and get in the bed while your hair dryers. There are two or three threads on it. I'll bump them in a little while. It's takes my hair 2 hours to dry.

It won't dry at fast as a Pibbs but it only cost $30.:yep:

Thanks dee. I was thinking about getting one of these for DC treatments, but I held off. I just may think about checking into it again though.
