OK, so when I was a lurker I read a few posts and then I noticed a post from someone named DenverGirl.
Well I am from Denver and honestly just don’t know any sisters out here who are really into hair. So that prompted me to get my change together, pay the $5 and join. I did.
After I joined however, I thought of PM’ing Denvergirl to see who see was but I was kind of shy/scared so I never did. Ok so fast forward a couple of months to about 2 days ago. I get a PM, it’s from Denvergirl. She welcomes me, asks what part of town I live in etc. I tell her where about I live, what high school I went to and a little about myself. She replies back, um Michelle is that you??? So I’m freaking out because I didn’t give that much detailed info BUT she knows who I am..
. SO I sat there thinking and the only person that knows that stuff about me AND takes care of their hair AND wears protective styles is a girl I know from High School, Church and a few work events!! SO the light bulb came on, I asked was it her and lo and behold it was.
I was so excited smiling ear to ear to know a girl that I have SO MUCH in common with.
And like I said, Denver is big, but never in a hundred years did I think I would run into someone I already know that is a Niko’s cousin!
