missvi, I am adobtin gyour regimine, with all three, because this is really a moisturizing poo and con, there is no protein in it... unlike that Mane and Tail I was using... since using this on tuesday my hair is not breaking in small pieces in the sink... so today I picked up the strengthening lotion, not part of Relaxed and natural like but part of the regular breakage defense line... thanks so much for this product review

Hi I am new here and this is my first post. I use this also and it is very moisturizing and provides great slip. I read the ingredients which include panthenol, panthenyl ethyl ether, Lysine HCL, methyl tyrosinate, and histidine. These are the strengthening agents I believe. These are amino acids and I think the panthenol is a pantothenic acid derivative which is also strengthening. So I think it is a light protein and moisturizing conditioner. Most of their conditioners and shampoos have these ingredients. Please comment if this is incorrect.

I think it is a touch more moisturizing than an usual protein conditioner. It is great though when you don't know what you need.
