I had the same problem with the no lye version. I switched to lye and began a 6-month stretch to baby my hair. I'm ending my stretch on Jan 20. I will continue the lye version.

Wondercurl is a utter waste of money ,i had to whip the butter again as it had wax beads in it .So waxy it's crazy .

Shea Moisture Deep reconstructive mask -Did not work at all ,made my hair very dry,frizzy and yucky ,i tried it twice and had the same result.
Donna Marie Super buttercream -Lovely name ,poor delivery ,good body lotion.
Komaza Olive Mask -Did nothing for my hair .
Darcy Whipped Tucuma -Never again,It stinks ,it's not a whip and just acts as a lotion ,moisturize for about 5 minutes.
Shampoo bars leave a film on my hair.

Nice &Curly Knot something -smells of lemon dish soap and does nothing.
AtOne Reconstructor -Disgusting .

Vendors:Herb N Life :wanted to increase shipping 3 weeks after the order was created and never update order status nor gave me a tracking number.
 
Vendors who have *Flash Sales* that are poorly advertised and only last like 1 hour:rolleyes:

Vendors who are Out Of Stock on "Popular" items like 10 minutes after their Sale starts or doesn't re-stock the "popular" items for the Sale:ohwell:

Again - Long Shipping, High Sales Tax :perplexed

Complicated Vendor Sites where you can't figure out how to "add" stuff to the cart or how to Check Out:nono:

Vendors who change the Formulations after errbody falls in love with a Line or a particular product.:look:
 
IDareT'sHair What gets me the most is when vendors say-New & Improved..No,No..Me and my hair/not going for that lie.....You took out the good stuff/replaced with cheap ingredients..

Lita.....my honey child products I've used include the olive you dc, coconut papaya dc, sophie's hair mask, banana creme rinse out condish and aloe vera leave on gel. They were all ok (sans the aloe vera leave in - dried my hair something terrible ...gave it to my mom she hasn't used it yet though)....i just find that the prices are too high for what the products do especially as compared to other vendors with excellent products like Silk dreams, darcy's and Claudie's. Don't get me wrong if someone gifted me a 16 oz of olive you dc i wouldn't turn it down but i wouldn't purchase again and won't miss those products at all from my stash.
 
Vendors saying items are in stock,but it takes them a month to ship..You knew nothing was prepared..Stop It.

Kindheart Yep,wonder curl was/is awful..Komaza-Olive..It worked for me,only for a min..Was very drying..

After a couple of bad experiences, I rarely shop for hair products online anymore. The only exceptions are Carols Daughter and my Ayurvedic supplies.

My worse product this year was Henna. Too messy and timing consuming.

I just placed a $50 order with them,3 days ago!
I have been wondering why my order has not shipped as yet:sad:

Yes,Yes,you are right. I shoudl have checked with the powers that be. Your pimp hand is always strong,and I should have made sure they were operating to your liking before I gave those dillweeds my money.

Kyra's Ultimate Indulgence - didn't end up liking anything. Not even that conditioner.

Karen's Body Beautiful - that prepoo she introduced...boolsheet

My first order I was more pissed off with her assuring me that my order would ship out by a certain date and then lying later on when I convo'd her when the day had passed with no shipping notice. I gave her another chance because her products were good and not only was the shipping too long for what should have been 2 4oz items ( I was going to give one to my sister), I ended up with 1 8oz product and excuses. She did offer a refund, so I give her that, but never again. Like others have said, there are a lot of other vendors who have not only great customer service, but great prices, and reasonable shipping times.
