Finally took my TWO FACE hair photo

I've wanted to do this for almost 3 years (after I saw another member - LadyLibra - do this) but my relaxed ends caused prior two face photos to look weird.

Tada!! The two faces of my hair, flat ironed and curly on one head (Texture v. Length).

I love seeing shrinkage versus straight hair pictures! It's like you have a little secret when your hair is in its natural state and then you straighten, and let the secret out, the true length of your hair.

I don't straighten my hair but I use henna. I am always surprised how the weight of henna stretches my length. I never thought to take a photo during henna process and use it for length check. Thank you very much for this post

I trimmed in July (filmed it:YouTube - Trimming my own hair). I have no split ends at this point. I will not be trimming simply for the look of blunt ends, especially when my hair is curly almost 99% of the time.

Yeah, it took 4.5 hours total but that did include a 1 hour pre poo treatment prior to detangling.
