I moisturize with Taliah Waajid protective bodifying mist and seal with shea butter. Proper conditioning goes a long way w/helping my ends stay moist. I use Hairveda Moist 24/7 condish. Also I rarely wear my hair loose at night, it seems to retain moisture better that way.

I tried this set today! Ive been using Taliah Waajid for the last few day but i havent been sealing. I tried using shea butter with the spray today, i hope this fix my dry ends problem.

I used the bodifier for the first time last night and sealed with Global Goddess oil and put on my plastic cap. My hair is noticeably softer today.

The "juice" does not work for me unfortunately. My hair feels great when it is wet with the juice but feels extra rough and crispy when dry.

I seal the ends with whatever oil I have on hand. Castor oil is great for sealing ends. Shea butter is too heavy for my hair, even my ends it seems like these days.

Still working on how to maintain moist ends whilst my hair is loose between PSs without inducing shrinkage.

On my already twisted / plaited /canerowed ends? These days I am using diluted Karkady Tea Replensishing Mist sealed with QB CTDG, AOHC or Afroveda Shea Amla. Works a treat!

I've been using Hydratherma Naturals Daily Moisturizing Growth Lotion + Sweet Almond Oil on my ends.

Also, keeping your ends tucked away helps to keep them from getting dry.

I love this stuff. I just wish it came in a bigger bottle. It gets used up way too quickly.

I just finished a bottle this morning, it lasted for about three months. Whenever I order (during a sale) I buy two bottles at a time. This is the only thing that keeps my hair moisturized and I don't seal with oil. How long does your last?

I gather my twists into a ponytail and spray onto my ends. I spray every two days, so that could be the problem :look:

It keeps my hair moisturized for at least a week if I spray just once, but I can't help it. I'm addicted. When there's addiction to a pj, bigger bottles become necessary. That way you have more to look at and obsess over:yep:

Still in the TWA stage of my journey, so I spray it every night with Komaza Califia Moisturizing Spray or Karkady Tea Replenishing Mist. I like Komaza the best, though. I then seal with a hair butter and French braid or twist my hair to keep the ends tucked in and moisturized. Next day I comb out my 'fro and my hair and ends stay moisturized all day.

How did this work out for you? I find that the Taliah Waajid evaporate too quickly if I don't seal w/something. I let it absorb for a few minutes before sealing.

I was having this problem the other day.My ends had begun to feel like i could use them to sweep my porch and kitchen floor!!! i was using all kinda other stuff that i dont usually use on my hair.. I.e. shea butter/megatek and all kinda random things. I went back to my old faithful the other night avocadobutter/aloe butter/aloevera gel/shea butter/olive oil/sweet almond oil mix... (so.... um... N.rebels scratches head... i didnt realize that it had so much stuff in it!!!) I put it on each section... put it in plaits... and felt my strands do a collective sigh of relief.

Bless,
N.Rebels..

I just started using rosewater mixed with vegi glycerin oil about a month ago, and my ends and all my hair has been staying nice and moisturized.

Have you tried baggying the ends?I just started this about 3 weeks ago and my ends are thanking me for it.

- Spray bottle of water, suave coconut, infusium
- Scurl
- Baggy loosely ties with hair tie

Usually I leave it on overnight. I didn't go anywhere, so I've had the same baggy on since yesterday 8pm. I can only imagine how my ends are doing under there!

One of the following, all good for hydrating ends on 2nd day hair without wetting it:

Qhemet Burdock Root butter cream + Devacurl Set It Free
Loma Imply + shea butter
Botanical Spirits Kinky Coils pudding
Botanical Spirit soft curls cream
