Its really gone. All of the relaxer is out! I just realized it today when I did my first wash and go that I ever wore out. It all curled and looked good and I was like, "yo...its natural!" lol. There was no BC, I snipped here and there across the last 2+ years. But I can finally just be natural; its such a relief. I am currently BSB hoping for MBL by the end of the year. Anyway, I know you all want pics so...here they are!

Currently, I mostly cowash and bun. Thats it. I use Suave Almond and Shea Butter to cowash, GVP detangler as leave-in, and seal my ends with avocado butter. then I add some olive eco styler gel to the front and bun. I use a scarf to lay it down overnight. On weekends, I break from bunning. Now that I can wash and go, i cowash, use the same leave in, and then use the eco styler as the sole styler, skipping the avocado butter. I clarify when i feel build-up with ors creamy aloe shampoo and dc with gvp detangler and coconut oil. i think thats it.
 
dealing with the two textures? I just dealt. lol. i bunned throughout my entire transition basically. so sometimes i just looked crazy. i never used weaves/wigs/braids or anything. i just knew i wanted to keep it long enough to bun at all times.

aww thanks. its a long journey, but its doable, and you learn sooo much about your hair along the way. by the time you are completely natural, you are already a veteran
 
Congrats! Your hair looks great and you are an inspiration to me because I'm transitioning without BCing and without weaves, wigs, or braids.

You did a beautiful job transitioning...enjoy that gorgeous hair:)
