Are ppl washing more often with working out? Could be blood circ + hair more moisturized???
Kami, does your scalp sweat when you work out? Do you put anything on it after you work out? I'm thinking of getting some seabreeze and using it on my scalp mid week to hold me until wash day to freshen my scalp between washing. If I do cardio, even if it's for 20 min, my scalp starts to sweat.
Dancing in the morning (or working out) + Protein heavy diet + strict water intake = Optimum growth for me.
Too bad I have fallen off BIG time.
When I fall off the wagon a little I just think about how much I really want to reach my goal length & goal weight (as fast as possible). Then I get back to it.

I'd rather have bad hair than be fatSo I don't care. I just roll with it. I co-wash in the warm months b/c there is no way to combat straight hair and sweat when you work out 5 days a week.
