I admit, I've chosen hair over health several, several times. No more. Been working out. Hit it hard today and will again tomorrow. Health first, hair later.
 
Working out doesn't help my hair growth :S having a good diet does. So even if i don't work out (which i do 7x a week) but i have clean habits, my hair respond well.
 
For me I think its more of my diet and supplementation than exercise. Then again, I don't really know since I've always been active in one way or another. I do care for my hair better since I have to wash/rinse it more so that may play a role. I would be nice if there was any studies on it.
