It doesn't work for me at all. I was so frustrated with it the last time I used it I just tossed it. I had to rewash two days later. It made my hair sticky and I was not heavy handed with it at all.

I don't run out of it, It is my staple and I can tell when I don't use it. It makes my hair stronger and gives it a shine after blow drying!

i love it, it will be one of my staples as well.... i use it whn my hair needs a lite protein fix... the 2 step protien trment is too hard for me... but the green tea reconstructor is perfect.

:grin:thanks ladies!!

more reviews please! i think its making my hair kinda hard. i just needed to know if it did that to anybody else...:look:

I didn't know this product could be used as a heat protectant for flat ironing. I'm thinking of purchasing today. :yep:

Just my two pennies, I don't think it should be used as a heat protectant.
Heat helps it bond to and strengthen the hair, but I don't think it will protect your hair from the heat itself.

I can't be sure, because I've always used mine in conjunction with a normal heat protectant, but from reading the description and looking at the ingredients, it just doesn't seem very protective.

Product Description
ApHOGEE Keratin & Green Tea Restructurizer is the ultimate one step strengthening treatment. This gentle, Alcohol Free formula fuses into the hair shaft with natural body heat or that from styling tools. Regular use in salon, or at home, will help prevent breakage from chemical services and heat. Hair will exhibit more body for better styling and less frizz. Haircolor and chemical services will last longer.

I love it!:love4: I use it before using heat and some times after CW as my leave in condish! My hair like a little protein every so often so I haven't had any negative results or build up etc. I like the added sheen/ silkiness I seem to get with it before flat ironing. It also keeps breakage to a minimum when used with other products in my arsenal.

It's a great product

What people need to understand is that IF you are part of the "no heat group" you might as well just get Chi Keratin Mist cos the Apoghee Green Tea ONLY works well when direct or indirect heat is applied with it ie rollersetting/blowdrying/flatironing.

I like it. I mainly use it if I'm going to use extra heat such as curling iron or blowouts. I actually used it last night since I used a new curling iron that has been sitting in the box for 2 months. I have that salon swing today. I did use a couple of other products.

Yes it seems to be a product that is activated by heat. Bit like Kerastase Ciment Thermique but without the price tag!

It is a great maintenance product...I use it everytime I shampoo and condition my hair. It states that is activated by heat and that includes body heat (per the bottle) (I use it when I rollerset)

I think it would be a great investment - I love how it makes my hair feel and it has become a lot stronger/healthier

I love it!

I use it to flat iron and when my hair feels too soft it adds nice strength but doesnt make my hair hard

This product in a staple for me

I love love love this stuff. It does make my hair feel strong and I use it when I straighten. I am transitioning, and it is a great heat protectant and I truly lose less hair when I use this product. It is a staple for when I use heat.

I spray this stuff on my hair liberally after conditioning, and add a little argan oil or silk infusion and blow dry my hair out. It leaves my hair feeling like silk and a little shine to it too! Def my staple...but I do switch it up sometimes and use the CHI keratin spray sometimes...

I LOVE IT! Hope to never be w/ out it when in need. Like they said for flat ironing, blow outs, etc. wonderful product. When i was relaxing i loved it and when i found out a few months back it's great for my natural hair too...needless to say i am very pleased. So try it Adora cause you might like alot as a texlaxer...just research how it is used.HTH.

I didn't find it did anything special to my hair. But I will use it sometimes to spritz frizzies down when my hair is already in a bun and i don't feel like taking it down.
