Shelf Life of Aphogee Keratin & Green Tea Reconstructor

It's probably bad to admit this, but I've been keeping an inventory of my product stash lately and I noticed I've had a bottle of Aphogee Keratin & Green Tea Reconstructor hanging around for a long time. I only use it to flat iron right now, I haven't flat ironed my hair in months. The problem is I'm pretty sure I bought the bottle somewhere between 2006 and 2009

Do I need to throw it out? How long does Aphogee Keratin & Green Tea Reconstructor last? I don't see a shelf life on my bottle and it doesn't smell funny, but I wonder about its effectiveness.

It says 12 months on the bottle I have had mine for 2 years
And will continue to use until I notice a change in smell/texture
