when I transitioned many moons ago, I was NOT tempted to chop, I wanted to be shoulder or past natural first. I did not want to deal with hair that I couldnt put in a ponytail or bun, nothing could have made me chop

I transitioned to very last inch :lachen:

you can do it Whimsy! Remember your reasons for wanting to do it, and if they just aint strong enough, then go ahead and enjoy a chop

if they are......then you gotta go through it to get to it :yep:

This thread is too funny. I held out for 14 months, got a blow out, checked the length, wet it and went to town. Now I'm freeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

Don't worry you can do it. I wanna do it like you, no chopping or trimming. Once i am bsl i will trim off an inch every month or so until I am all natural-gotta keep that length;-)
