I have always been a believer in vitamins., but I slacked off for 5 months because I was like, "does it really, really make a diff?" Well, I have been back on for 2 months (no skips) and YES, they do make a difference.
Also, I am committed to wearing my hair up EVERY day so I don't obsess. Well I got a was/press...And I am well below b/s now. BUT I am gonna cut about an inch, because, well, for me the longer my hair is the thinner it looks at the bottom. I would rather have shorter hair than hair that is wispy-but-long. Right at b/s seems just right for me.
NE way, I am rambling, but I wanted to give encouragement/motivation to get back on a vit. routine cuz you will get some growth.

Thank you it sure came at a time I needed the encouragement..I started taking them for a month, ran out two weeks ago and for some reason just didnt buy anymore.

Or did I stop because something is making my head itch unconrollably???...I'm bout to lose my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!

Either way I do thank you

Which ones do you think actually aid in the hair growth part more than the health of hair? I can only afford to buy a few so I want to focus on growth because I feel that I"m taking good enough care of my hair already.....

If budget is a big concern, go with this:
A multi vit. (store brand is fine.) and GNC ultra-nourishair. This means three pills a day, and you will notice growth AND the new growth will be softer.
If you get extra cash, you can add Biotin and MSM supplements. Try it for 3 months faithfully and see what you think
