right now i am taking s ultra nourishair from gnc, but the pills are huge. does anyone use small hair vitamins that are giving you results. thanks

Well they have a hair shake that you can turn into a smoothie if you don't like the shake by itself.

Most of the hair vitamins that I have come across are huge. Avon has a smaller hair pill that I was taking a few months back. The cost of it is about $9.99. I want to try the Nourishair by GNC.

Freeda Biotin are teeny tiny. They're actually pretty cute!

This biotin is also very effective. It eliminated all other hair vitamins, except MSM, in my vitamin regimen.

I know Adrienne is using Kal Super Silica Plus which are pretty flat, although the same length as most hair vitamins.

Centrum makes a LIQUID vitamin...I loved the taste...but I dont know how effective it would be for hair health.

GNC's Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins are a lot smaller than the Ultranourishair - one of the reasons that I switched!
