I hate taking pills... I try to let my food cover most everything I need. I do sometimes take a multivitamin. Your list sounds good though.... I heard Biotin is really good.

I was surprised to find out my vegan multi-vitamin (MegaFoods) contains biotin. I was never a fan, but it did provide a growth spurt that promptly stopped when I ran out.
 
@larry3344 - good article. I use a caffeinated green tea rinse to decrease shedding and found the below encouraging:

Be Well’s hair supplement by Dr. Frank Lipman...It also has a surprising ingredient, green tea extract, “which is probably because caffeine can decrease levels of a hormone that stalls the growth of hair follicles.”
