can too much supplements cause nervous imbalance

I used to take so much supplements for a year and then suddenly stopped taking any supplements at all when I went to college, I got so busy and did not take anything.
I used to take biotin 5000 mcg, maxi hair vitamin, one a day, msm, fish oil, b5 500 mg.
After about 6 months of stopping the supplements I got horrible panic attacks.
Do you think the supplements had any cause to my panics.
I remember the only problem I had while on them was the msm and my menstural cycle, it just never came untill I stopped taking it.
Anyone had any medical or physical issues with multiple supplements?? I feel like all these high dosage b vitamins contributed to nervous inbalance.
