Water means moisture. Any hair care products you buy for moisture, the first ingredient should list Water. Examples (

Always remember Use Shea Butter and Oils to seal moisturized hair in the morning or at night.
How to Preserve Shea Butter Homemade Mixture
Preserve all your mixes for hair & skin Micros and bacteria start to form within 2- to 4 hours of you making mix. You will see mold in 3 to 5 days of you do not add a preservative
Listed below are Preservatives To Use For Butter mixtures (I use Vitamin E & Tea Tree oil)
Vitamin E 400 IU-1400 IU – Ant fungus-Antibacterial Agent Few drops
Tea Tree Oil-(will retard Mold) Antifungal& Antibacterial Agent Stops fungus from forming, 1 tsp or 1/ tsp
Honey (raw) - Antibacterial agent, 1 tsp
Grape seed Extract-Multiplatform Antifungal, Anti bacteria, Antiviral, Antimicrobial
Rosemary oil- Antifungal and Antibacterial Agent cleanses plus gets rid of bacterial that may be sitting around (Qtip on scalp) 1 tsp to 5 cups
Sage oil- Antifungal & Antibacterial Agent cleanses plus gets rid of bacterial that may be sitting around 1 tsp to 5 cups

Maca Powder,Silica Powder,Cornstarch,Boran Nitrate....Blend 20 minutes add Essential Oil Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Whip more it will triple in volume. Should be thick icing.30-45 total whipped time.

After 10 minutes, move speed up one notch and blend for another 10 minutes. Stop and add essential oils.

¾ t. French lavender
Slowly bring up speed to level 8. Remove bowl and place in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Scrape everything down from the sides and off the bottom. Mix on full speed for 5 minutes, stop and scrape sides and bottom again, then whip full speed for another 5 minutes.

I always melt the Shea Butter in a glass bowl in microwave for 2 minutes or pot over stop. The goal is to melt only .
Do not boil.
Pour clear Shea Butter into a big bowl,add remaining ingredients put in freezer for about 15 minutes. Remove out of Refrigerator than blend

This mixture should be applied to

Since it comes in such a large quantity & spoils so easily, I freeze it in ice cube trays & then store the cubes in a freezer
