using Nonie's recipie for eo's in jbco, my edges and nape have filled in very well and continue to grow well.

now i'm thinking....why did i only put them on those problem areas? i need to be using it for my whole head!!!

i agree with OP on page 3, we need to start an eo challenge to keep ourselves accountable and hopefully use them more frequently and consistently.

Just a little tip.
After I apply my essential oils, I’m not always able to find free or willing hands to message my head (I never know when to say stop ). I love head messages but another way to get the blood circulating to your head, is to hang your head off the bed, coach. I do it for about 5 minutes.

i could really feel the blood literally flowing to my head!

i think i'm gonna have to put this into my reggie.....
