Thanks dear! 99% of the time I wear an instant weave on top of a curl bag covered by a wig cap. I do this all the time while I'm in braids and when not. I keep it MOISTURIZED. At the beginning of the year, I took vitamis but I slacked off the towards the end of the year, and the same thing with the carrot juice/slash protein shakes. I've used MTG since July. When someone asks me what benefited my hair, I tell them relaxer stretching, moisture, and non manipulation just to keep it 100 with them.

Thanks for all the comments ladies. I use Parvenu Break free, Elasta QP Mango Butter, and World of Curls. I also spray a reasonable amount of distilled water on my hair at least once per day.
