I'm excited girls!!

On this date in 2009 I did the BC (ok, MC - mini chop) after 22 months of transitioning!!

I transitioned with straightening in the beginning, then lots and lots of cowashing, wash n gos, braidouts and buns for the long haul.

Since then I've been dyed, fried, cut, grown, cut again.... it's been quite a ride for just a few years.

Here's a Whimsy through the years pic journey:

The BC June 2009: (APL when Stretched)

I just let it grow and colored: (pic from sept 2009 - BSL)

May 2010:

Hit my One Year Anniversary June 5 2010 (was almost wl!):

I made it to waist length (WL) September 2010:

Chopped it up again Sept 2010:

I let it grow to almost about Hip Length (HL) March 2011:

Then I snip snip snipped to about Armpit Length (APL) in July 2011:

Since then I've let it grow, and now I'm back to Full BSL or MBL:
(June 5, 2012)

Hoping to reach waist length again in a few months! Maybe by October 2012!!

Hair's my only distraction! I'm ready to go any minute now...he's on CP time.

Thanks, but it grows about 1/2 inch a month steadily. I just try to retain it all.
