I'll say winter too because I'm more apt to leave it alone and I'm least concerned about styles.

Definitely, especially in the UK where the winters can be BRUTAL. I tend to be more cautious and protective style regularly :ohwell:

I think my hair really loves the summer. I can do what ever to it then and since I don't do straight hair it don't matter about the weather.

Summer hands down! More moisture in the air so that my humectant products (glycerin, honey based) work on keeping my hair moisturised. I've also found sun makes my hair grow longer for some reason. It's also quicker to undertake air drying in warmer weather which of course means less damage to the hair by avoiding heat appliances.

I really don't know being here the humidity is pretty much the same (about 30%) its either cold or hot thats the only difference.

Spring and summer because I get more growth. I'm preparing for my second major big chop so I am excited that spring is on its way!

Fall and winter. The humidity messes up everything for me. Even my wash n' go's. Last summer was a nightmare. First time I've been that stressed out about my hair in ages.

Pokahontas Yup, you really are my hair twin. I just chose the same seasons :lol:. I've been all over the web for years and I've never seen someone with hair as similar to mine as yours. I think you just have a bit of a more established curl pattern (or maybe I just haven't see mine in ages because of heat damage) and perhaps a tiny bit thicker strands but we are hair twins.

My hair grows without much trouble in Spring, Fall and Summer although it prefers Summer. Winter is not fun though.:nono: Maybe I should try wearing a hat whenever I go outside.:ohwell:

my hair is usually flat-ironed so summer is my arch-enemy lol. my hair seems to do best in fall around september-october when the humidity is gone, yet its not bitter cold.

My hair grows the most in the Spring in the Summer.
I am too busy with my kids to bother it, so I get the best retention.

Spring=retention because that's when we get the most rain. Horrible for styling because I revert.
Summer=retention due to humidity living by the ocean and no rain=holding a style
Fall=hair starts to give me the side-eye
Winter=break-off city.
