Which season does your hair prefer and allows you to rock the hair you want?

My 3c/4a curls seem to do whatever they want nobody what time of year it is. I guess in the summer it gets to do what it love most, frizz and curl up at any given time, no much how much heat styling I do it. I think I am just gonna let it go this summer or get a weave .

This... Louisiana's humidity is a beast on styling, but perfect for growth. My hair falls in the slightest bit of humidity. My hair styles better in the winter, but it grows better in the summer.

I think my hair does best in every season but summer. I say this because my hair is covered with a hat in every season but summer. I get the best retention when my head is covered and pinned up.

The time that I like my hair best is summer, probably because it requires the least work during the hot, humid months. I don't think I'm gonna like this summer though. I think it's gonna be so hot that I want all of this hair out of my way. I think I may be spending this summer in headbands and buns.

my hair THRIVED this past summer. thats when i got all my growth. and as soon as my strands caught a chill, they froze. i got like 2 1/2 to 3 inches from June to August. and then nothing else lol

• Summer: The best season for my hair to grow but not to be styled out because my hair is 2 years and 2 months post relaxer and the humidity would cause it to puff up.

• Fall: My hair likes to be free or in braids.
• Winter: My hair is better wrapped up or kept in braids.

My hair enjoys spring the most. Its rainy and humid outside and warm. My hair always feels so soft and touchable. I dont have to moisturize as often at all. This is usually when I can get away with wearing out styles the most and not worry about hair breaking off, but it also means that my shrinkage is off the charts. BAA to TWA in .5 seconds.

I voted Summer but I really wanted both Spring and Summer because they are practically the same thing where I've from lol.

I love wearing braids and rinsing my hair during the day/week. My hair loves that moisture from the crazy humidity!

Fall and winter. The humidity messes up everything for me. Even my wash n' go's. Last summer was a nightmare. First time I've been that stressed out about my hair in ages.

my hair does best in the winter. my hair stays so moisturized in the winter that it get over moisturized and i have to use a lot of protein. when it starts getting hot is when my hair is always dry and i must co wash every other day and rarely use protein. its odd but its my hair lol.

Oops, I voted before I read the part about it, allowing you to "rock the hair you want". My hair loves the humidity in the summer. It feels great, but frizzy hair doesn't look so great.

I guess my hair is best in spring. When it gets too hot my hair gets dry and I guess it's not as humid in the spring.

I'll say winter too because I'm more apt to leave it alone and I'm least concerned about styles.
