For me it would be my twists in a bun. Once my hair in set in the bun, I don't have to do anything else to it except tying it up at night and unwrapping it in the morning.

Plan to wear it this way for most of the summer. Great way to keep my ends protected.
 
Just finishing 6 weeks wigging it and I have noticed improvement and growth so far.

sipp100 No problem. Just make sure it's not really long or has an ornament that can tug on any stray hairs (or your sleep scarf if you use one).
 
For me, senegalese twists are great, I have them in right now
Also crochet braids, which I had in last month
When I bun, I do so with twists without extensions and with polished hair sticks because hair ties are too much for my hair
