Which flat iron(pictures)?

My aunt used her Superstar (Maury show) ceramic iron. Her hair is thin and relaxed and she air dries her hair so it has some body. She said the iron only straightened her hair on the highest setting.

She had me

when she described the instructional DVD that comes with the iron. The man is very perky and excited. And he's wearing a white, ruffled "Pirates of Penzance" type of blouse.

This is so confusing.......it looks like the UNIL flat iron has ceramic "coating" and I've seen prices at $150.00 for this one. I guess there aren't many "solid" ceramic flat irons to choose from even at the higher prices.

Has anyone tried the Hot Tools ION Ceramic Steam Flat Iron

I have a Unil iron and it is coated. The coating seems to be very thick though. Maybe that's why it is more expensive than some of the other ones.

That makes more sense. Which model do you have? And where did you get it? I was looking at the UNIL Ceramic Quick Heat Hairstyling Flat Iron and the Unil Ceramic Flat Iron 1 inch and both appear to have ceramic coating.

The one in the picture is the one I have and that's were to get it from or either Ebay!
