Which do you Prefer Overnight Oil Pre-Poo/Heating Cap or Dryer Pre-Poos

I typically put on my conditioner/oil and sit under the heat cap before washing it out.

that's my reggie. i sit under a hooded dryer for 30 minutes to and hour. i have 4a/4b natural hair so a pre-poo is a must if i don't want to lose a lot of hair during washing and detangling.
