Where to buy Phyto in DC/MD/VA

Hi everyone just trying to see if anyone knows where I can buy Phyto relaxer in metro DC, since I'll be there next week/getting hair done there. Online its $55 with a $8.95 shipping which ends up being $3-$4 than if i bought it in the store. I know Phyto is hard to find

I saw the relaxer at Blooming Beauty in Potomac Mills Mall for $60. You could call some of the Sephora stores (Georgetown, Tysons, etc.) to see if they have it in stock. Good Luck!
